Up for auction is a 2012 Cougar 328QBS. This 36’ 5th wheel comes to us with rodent damage. The camper all around the outside is in nice shape with just a few minor scuffs from use. Both slides on the driver side work as they should. The front trim is peeling off under the 5th wheel part. The rear appears as it should. The awing extends and retracts as it should. The graphics are peeling and cracking on the driver side a bit. The roof has one small patch towards the rear. The inside all around appears as it should and is in nice shape. The whole inside of the camper has a smell of mouse and you can see it has been infested with mice. There may be hidden electrical or other damage from the mice that we are unaware of.
