Up for auction is a 1988 Larson Citation DC‑170.
This 16’ boat comes to us as a consignment sale. It is equipped with what we believe to be a 1988 Mercury 90HP. The owner states the motor does start and run; however, we did not start or test the engine ourselves.
The motor hood has a noticeable area where the paint is flaking. The lower unit is weathered and lake‑stained. The boat sits on a very nice 1996 single‑axle ShoreLand’r trailer, which appears to be in great shape overall.
The bow has a couple of scuffs. The port side is weathered and faded but seems solid. The stern is heavily faded and the transom is shot—it is essentially rotten, and the motor wobbles significantly due to the condition. The starboard side is also weathered and faded with a few scuff marks along the panel. The hull itself appears to be in good condition for its age.
Inside, the boat is weathered throughout, and the floor is very soft.
