Up for auction is a 2003 Sanpan 2200RE, and please note that this pontoon has no title and is being sold strictly as parts only. This 22’ pontoon comes to us after being flipped and submerged. It is powered by a 2003 Yamaha F115TLR, which we were able to start, though it was not lake‑tested and will need further inspection before any use. The motor shows typical weathering, and the prop has visible peeling. At the bow, there are a couple of dents but the structure remains in fair condition. The port‑side rails are bent and tweaked, while the stern presents as expected for its age. The starboard side shows hail dents along with several scuffs. Both toons are water‑stained with additional scuffs along the sides. Inside, the seating is heavily weathered, and most seats are broken off the floor and simply placed in position. The captain’s chair mount is broken, the steering console has chips missing from the fiberglass, and the Bimini top is broken and bent. Trailer not included. Good luck bidding on this pontoon!
