Up for auction is a 2011 Open Range Residential R398 RSS. This 39’ 5th wheel comes to us with multiple damages. The front of the camper is weathered but in ok shape. The driver side is also weathered. Both the slide outs work as they should. The rear is joining the party and is also weathered but in ok shape besides the ladder being broke off. The passenger side is where the damage is. The slide out does extend and retract but the front corner is damaged. The front corner bottom trim is dented and the awing does work as it should. The roof looks to be in nice shape but does have a couple patches. The inside front bedroom floor feels soft. The living/ kitchen area is dirty feeling and you can tell the camper has a dog in it. The slide out has a hole through the floor in the front corner. The trim is broke off the slides and the rear couch has been abused by the dog. All the slide outs work but they do not work the best and needed assistant on retracting them. Good Luck Bidding on this Camper!
