Up for auction is a 2006 Smokercraft Ultima 172. This 17’ fishing boat comes to us from being flipped over. The boat is equipped with a 2005 Mercury 115ELPTO. Our mechanic was able to start and run the motor/engine in our shop, using our remote “test” tank and our shop ignition wire harness. Keep in mind this is a salvage unit and will need further mechanical maintenance performed on the motor/engine prior to use. The hood and lower unit are really scuffed up. The boat is sitting on a zieman trailer but we are unsure the size and info as the tags are all worn off. The single axle trailer is pretty rusty but in decent shape. The bow of the boat is scuffed up and dented on the port side. The port is scratched up and dented. The run rail is also peeling off. The stern is scuffed up. The starboard side is also scratched up. the hull appears to be in ok shape besides the normal beaching scuffs. The inside counsel is damaged and both the glass windows & frames are damaged.
